Kayla Coburn Equine Dentistry

Hi!

 

I was raised in Western Massachusetts, riding & being involved with horses from a young age. In high school I was interested in finding specialized equestrian/animal science universities, where I could continue studying my passion for horses, across the United States. After high school I attended The University of Findlay, located in Findlay, Ohio, and obtained degrees in Western Equestrian Studies & Equine Business Management. 

After completing my undergrad. from The University of Findlay, I attended The Midwest Academy of Equine Dentistry located in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan (see link below for more information on the school). It was here where it became apparent how important maintenance of the equine mouth is to the overall health & well being of the Equidae family (horse/mini horse, donkey, zebra).

 

I Graduated the Midwest Academy in 2013 and returned home to Massachusetts to pursue my own dental practice. I have enjoyed every second of the job since, and look forward to each day that I meet new clients.
